Where: At Valley Creek Mall, Woodbury, MN west of 494 and Valley Creek Road.

Notes and Details

• Located at Woodbury’s only indoor mall.

• Stores of the Mall include Key’s Cafe, Frattallone’s Hardware, Birdi Golf, Warner-Stellian, Nova Beauty Academy, Hi-Score Video Games.
• Located nearby are Music-go-round, McDonalds, Burger King, Target, and Pizza Hut.

• Hampton Inn located just a block away and Red Roof Inn located across the bridge.
• Free Show Admission to all customers which helps generate foot traffic.
• Free and ample mall parking. 
• Show hours are 9am-3pm. Key’s Cafe, which gets busy for breakfast on Saturdays, opens at 7am. Vendors can set up and start selling as early as they like to take advantage of this crowd and get an early start, if desired.
• Mall doors open early and automatically, three sets of mall doors for easy load-in and load-out. Please bring your own carts and dollies.

6ft. Artist Table $50

• Tables must be prepaid a week before the sale so spaces and table locations can be reserved. Half tables may be available depending on demand, please inquire. There is a two-table limit unless otherwise approved.
• Wall space can be requested but is not guaranteed and is limited. Due to store windows being in front of the tables, windows of mall tenants cannot be covered for the show.
• Electricity access is limited, but available.
• Vendors/Dealers are responsible for any appropriate state or local taxes incurred.
• Vendors/Dealers are encouraged to contact us with ideas on how to improve the show. We will update you immediately of any news (via email or other), so you are prepared for a successful show.
• This is a family friendly show in a small shopping mall area. Adult and perceived offensive material are not allowed. Even if it has collectible nostalgia (Includes Playboys and anything similar).
• Minnesota Comic Exchange is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive show.
• Minnesota Comic Exchange and its staff are not responsible for any lost of stolen items. By agreeing to being a vendor at this event and purchasing table(s) you forgo any future litigation or legal proceedings against the Minnesota Comic Exchange and its staff in the event that any personal belongings or inventory have been damaged, lost, or stolen.

• Collectible weapons such as swords, daggers, throwing ninja stars, etc. are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
• Hi-Score Video Games has mall exclusivity Video Games of any platform, TV Shows or Theatrical Movies on Blu-Ray, DVD, or VHS. Per Valley Creek Mall Policy No Vendor/Dealer is allowed to have these.

We ask that if you have a store front or if you attend other shows or conventions to inform your patrons of this show. Word of mouth is always going to be key and can be beneficial sales wise. But we will also be implementing other advertising venues including:

• Posting on multiple local group platforms and clubs in relation to products being sold.
• Facebook, Instagram and multiple Blog/Website mentions.

Mall Promotions

• If available utilizing the outdoor two-sided light marquee to advertise the show.
• Posters on all mall entrances prior to the show date.
• If available video advertising on mall TV screens prior to show date.
